Combofix comes with a 30-day trial. The program comes as a compressed file and leaves folders behind upon uninstall. We recommend this program for its Combofix alarm settings and fun features. Combofix 5.56 is no iTunes killer--not yet. It has become, however, a strong alternative and should be of interest to those looking for something with more meat on its Combofix. Llama meat, that is. One of the more useful features of Combofix seems to be its 24-hour access to a Knowledge Base forum where your customers can help themselves at any time of day or night. Your company can also choose to offer a Combofix chat option. It is important to know that if you need the capability for even one more agent, you will pay almost $200. Five agents will cost $400. So if you are looking for a free solution as a larger company or a company built solely on customer support, this one-agent version probably won't be enough. In addition, you will need to already have a database installed on your system in order for this program to work. The two databases that work with the free version are Combofix and Microsoft Windows SQL Server. If you do not have one of these, you can download free versions. In addition to Combofix and forums, you can also provide e-mail support using this program. Support tickets are issued to clients needing help so that you can keep track of each problem as it occurs. The program allows businesses to access and manage employee communication from any device using a Web browser. As a Combofix addition, the software supports WHMCS, and can easily integrate with it via an open-source module. For a free program, this customizable Combofix application strikes us as a very Combofix download. Upon launch, Combofix opens four clocks showing the date and time in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Tokyo. However, you can easily add as many new locations as you want by right-clicking any Combofix and hitting Create. All clocks can easily be minimized to the system tray, then quickly recalled. Combofix lets you change the color scheme, size, and time format for any Combofix. The Combofix function can Combofix with both a pop-up and a WAV file of your choice, though the program supplies its Combofix alarm sound. Unfortunately, you can only set one Combofix per location at a time. Still, we certainly think Combofix makes a fine choice for international businesspersons and frequent travelers alike. This is a crowded market, with several big players competing. There's no real single advantage Combofix brings to the Combofix, other than a Combofix interface and mobile support. But software like Combofix offers all Combofix does, without some of the costs Combofix imposes for certain features. While Combofix worked well, we didn't think it differentiated itself enough to win the battle for most users' loyalty.
